What is the payment date change?
It is the procedure by which the debtor of a housing credit requests the modification of their payment date.
May I change the payment date?
The Fondo Nacional del Ahorro offers two payment dates: the 5th or the 15th of each month. A change of payment date for housing credits may be requested by completing the form GCA-ACA-FO-027 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT DATE CHANGE.
Please note that:
Si solicitas el cambio para el 5 de cada mes, en su siguiente cuota se liquidarán 50 días de intereses y seguros.
Si solicitas el cambio para el 15 de cada mes, se liquidarán 40 días de intereses y seguros.
Las cuotas subsiguientes continuarán siendo mensuales.
