Citizen oversight group
It enables the exercise of Social Oversight through citizen oversight committees. The FNA established the Citizen Oversight Group, whose mission is to serve as an information center on organization, mission, functions, regulations, processes, transparency and disclosure in administrative contracting and procurement.

It enables the exercise of Social Oversight of the Administration through citizen oversight committees, which is why the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro established the Citizen Oversight Group - Disciplinary, Complaints and Claims, whose mission is to serve as an information center on the main aspects of the entity such as organization, mission, functions, regulations, processes and procedures carried out according to its manuals, as well as transparency and disclosure in administrative contracting and procurement in general.

Regarding the levels of Citizen Participation in the entity's management, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro currently fosters citizen participation by:
- Inviting different civil organizations to exercise Social Oversight over the entity's management.
- Calling for the formation of Citizen Oversight Committees for the control and monitoring of the Fondo's management.
- Disseminating calls for contracts and quotes for the acquisition of Goods and Services through the website and bulletin boards.
- Raising awareness and training the Fondo's officials on Citizens' Rights for the exercise of Social Oversight.
- Working jointly with the Administrative Department of the Public Service and the Office of the Vice President of the Republic on the formation of Citizen Oversight Committees, the Fight Against State Corruption, Accountability, Citizen Participation, and conducting training courses on these topics.
