100% financing and loans without down payment: FNA por Colombia arrives in Barranquilla
From March 13 to 15, the people of Barranquilla will be able to access loans without down payment and rates from 9.5% EA for VIS and VIP housing.
The fair will offer free advice, fund affiliation and financing alternatives for purchase, improvement or credit transfer.
Barranquilla, Thursday, March 5, 2026. In line with the National Government's policy of facilitating access to decent housing and promoting financial inclusion, Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (FNA) will hold in Barranquilla a new edition of FNA por Colombia, the long-awaited housing fair that will allow hundreds of families to access financing solutions to acquire or improve their home.
The event will take place from March 13 to 15 at Comfamiliar sede Caribe (Cra. 30 #1B-99, next to Portoazul clinic), from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., where citizens will be able to receive personalized advice and advance in the process to obtain their housing loan.
During these three days, the people of Barranquilla will be able to access financing of up to 100% of the housing value, without down payment, with a preferential rate starting at 9.50% effective annual rate for the purchase of new or used social interest housing (VIS up to 135 SMMLV) or priority interest housing (VIP up to 90 SMMLV). This credit line does not establish an income limit for applicants and allows processing the credit individually, jointly with a family member or with the support of a solidary debtor.
"At Fondo Nacional del Ahorro we work so that more and more Colombians can leave rent behind and advance towards building their own wealth. With these fairs we bring credit and financial education closer to the regions, so that families find real solutions that allow them to fulfill the dream of owning a home", said Laura Roa Zeidán, president of FNA.
Interested parties may approach during the three days of the event to receive personalized advice, affiliate with the fund through the transfer of Cesantías or through a Contractual Voluntary Savings, and advance in the process to obtain their credit.
In addition to the purchase of housing, FNA will offer credit alternatives for housing improvement, allowing households to carry out remodeling that improves living conditions, such as kitchen or bathroom, floor change, painting, expansions or structural reinforcements of the property. These loans offer financing of up to 70% and terms of up to 20 years, with preferential conditions for lower-income households.
The event will also include information on Generación FNA, a program aimed at young people between 18 and 28 years old, which allows them to access housing loans or housing leasing with financing of up to 90%, a 50 basis point reduction in the interest rate and terms of up to 30 years, facilitating their early entry into the financial system and the construction of wealth.
Likewise, citizens who already have a mortgage loan or housing leasing with another entity may learn about portfolio purchase options, an alternative that allows them to transfer their credit to FNA to improve rate conditions or reduce the monthly installment amount.
With initiatives such as FNA por Colombia, Fondo Nacional del Ahorro continues to travel the country to bring credit closer to the regions and accompany more Colombians on the path to homeownership.
