Required documentation

Built property without financing
Required mandatory documentation.
Copy of the Public Deed of the property (it must specify that payment will be made using the Ahorro Voluntario Contractual account with AFC benefit from Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. and the amount to be disbursed).
Note: The funds are disbursed to the seller of the property.
Built property with financing from Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A.
Required mandatory documentation.
Original or photocopy of the property's certificate of title and freedom from encumbrance, no older than 90 days, in the seller's name.
Copy of the Purchase Agreement (it must specify that payment will be made using the Ahorro Voluntario Contractual account with AFC benefit from Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. and the amount to be disbursed).
Note: The funds are disbursed directly to the seller of the property.
Built property with financing from another bank
Required mandatory documentation.
Original or photocopy of the property's certificate of title and freedom from encumbrance, no older than 90 days, in the seller's name.
Copy of the trust agreement specifying that payment will be made using the Ahorro Voluntario Contractual account with AFC benefit from Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. and the amount to be disbursed (a letter of credit will be required if the date of withdrawal from the Ahorro Voluntario Contractual account with AFC benefit is less than 4 months from the property's handover).
Loan approval letter from the corresponding financial institution, in the name of the holder of the AVC account with AFC benefit.
Note: The funds are disbursed directly to the seller of the property.
