Express Real Estate Advisor: FNA drives the realization of approved housing loans

• From June 25 to 27, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro will hold a special initiative at 22 service points across the country to support members who have an approved loan and are ready to take the next step toward purchasing a home.

Getting a housing loan approved is one of the most important steps toward fulfilling the dream of homeownership. However, for many Colombians the process doesn't end there. Finding the right property, comparing options, and moving toward loan disbursement can become a new challenge.

With this need in mind, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro will hold a new Express Real Estate Advisor initiative, a strategy led by the Housing Management division aimed at supporting financial consumers who already have an approved loan but have not yet chosen the home they want to purchase.

What is the Express Real Estate Advisor?

It is a support strategy that guides members in searching for housing opportunities, making the purchase process easier and helping turn already-approved loans into reality.

Through this initiative, the FNA seeks to provide personalized advice so that more Colombian families can find a housing option that fits their needs and move forward toward the disbursement of their loan.

Support to take the next step

The initiative is aimed especially at those who already have an approved loan and need help identifying housing options that will allow them to finalize the purchase of their property.

With this support, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro reaffirms its commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for its members, facilitating not only access to credit but also the path to making it a reality.

The initiative will take place on June 25 and 26, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Saturday the 27th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the following service points:
