- From July 7 to 9, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro will extend its service hours in cities across the country from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The initiative is aimed at those who cannot visit during regular hours and need to move forward with their applications.
- Attendees will be able to enroll, submit loan applications, manage approvals, and complete affiliations. The FNA is currently the only institution that finances up to 100% of the housing value and offers competitive market rates.
Colombia, June 29, 2026. With Colombians who don't have time during the day to handle their applications in mind, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (FNA) is launching the Trasnochón FNA 2.0, a special extended-hours service event taking place on July 7, 8, and 9, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at selected locations across the country.
This initiative seeks to facilitate access to the institution's services, especially for those who work or have commitments during regular hours. Over these three evenings, citizens will be able to submit housing loan documents, manage loan approvals, and enroll with the FNA, either through a severance fund transfer (cesantías) or through the Voluntary Contractual Savings plan (Ahorro Voluntario Contractual – AVC).
In line with its commitment to facilitating access to housing, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro stands as the only institution in Colombia that finances up to 100% of the housing value, eliminating the barrier of a down payment. It also offers competitive market interest rates, allowing more Colombians to access financing solutions under favorable conditions.
Additionally, the FNA provides alternatives to improve families' quality of life by allowing financing for home improvements without a mortgage guarantee, broadening the possibilities for those looking to renovate or upgrade their home.
"The Trasnochón FNA 2.0 is our commitment to getting closer to Colombians and giving them more opportunities to advance toward their goals. We know time is a key factor, which is why we're extending our hours so that more people can achieve their dream of homeownership and strengthen their savings," the institution states.
More time to fulfill dreams
Buying a home, investing, or improving your living space are decisions that transform lives. That is why the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro continues to create spaces that allow more Colombians to access its services flexibly, resolving questions and moving their processes forward without disrupting their daily routines.
With this initiative, the FNA reaffirms its commitment to the financial well-being of citizens, streamlining procedures, promoting access to housing, and offering solutions such as full financing, competitive rates, and home improvement options without the need for a mortgage.
