Biblioteca Nacional de Colombia y la Corporación Makaia Asesoría Internacional: With the purpose of developing the project "Bibliotecas públicas móviles por las veredas y los caminos de la paz". Led by MinCultura, the Biblioteca Nacional de Colombia, and the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, this initiative brings itinerant library services to rural Colombia. It will carry out its second phase with the goal of visiting 220 rural communities in territories affected by violence during this semester.
