The Shareholders' Assembly of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, as the highest decision-making body, and the board of directors, responsible for issuing general guidelines for the management of the Company, define the policies and guidelines that the administration must adopt in fulfilling its corporate purpose and the goals set forth in the 2023–2026 Strategic Plan.
Likewise, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro has collegial bodies (committees) that contribute to decision-making and institutional management.
Currently, the Company has four (4) committees established by agreement, in which members of the Board of Directors and senior management participate, as well as seventeen (17) internal committees established by resolution, where officials at the executive level participate.

In accordance with the foregoing and seeking to comply with subsection d) of Article 11 of Ley 1712 de 2014, the content of decisions and/or policies adopted that affect the public is set out in the agreements established by the FNA, which may be consulted in the FNA regulatory framework.
