Given the failure to appear within the legal term established for personal notification, once three (3) business days have elapsed from the day following receipt of the corresponding communication, the Disciplinary Investigation Management of Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. proceeds to post this notice by electronic state for one (1) business day, in accordance with Article 125 of the General Disciplinary Code.
