We want to provide you with the tools to submit your petition, complaint, claim, suggestion, inquiry, request for documents or information, and commendation.

When the petition is submitted on behalf of a legal entity, such entity must be accredited with the corresponding certificate of existence and legal representation issued by the Chamber of Commerce (issued no more than three months prior).

Signature of the petitioner (if applicable).
If you submit your petition without the minimum required information, we will request the missing information or documentation within a maximum period of 10 business days following the filing date, and five business days for habeas data cases.
You shall have a maximum of two months to complete the required information.
Communications of a disrespectful nature shall not be recognized as petitions, pursuant to Article 23 of the Political Constitution of Colombia.
Please note that only when the purpose or subject matter of the petition is unclear will it be returned for correction within the following 10 days. (Should the petition not be corrected, it will be archived).
