Benefits

No penalties will be applied for full or partial prepayment.
- 2.
You may request a loan for:
- Purchase of new housing.
- Purchase of used housing.
- Purchase of mortgage portfolio from financial entities supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, first-tier entities supervised by the Superintendencia de Economía Solidaria, and Family Compensation Funds (Cajas de Compensación Familiar) that develop housing projects.
- Construction of housing on owned land.
- Home Improvement Loan: you may request it for expansion, modification, structural reinforcement, remodeling or repairs.

You may submit a joint application with another member; both must provide proof of income.
- 4.
If you require a higher amount in the Individual Loan or Housing Leasing offer, submit your application with a joint debtor, whether or not affiliated; each must provide proof of income by attaching the documents required according to the selected product.

Access to Life, Unemployment (loans through Cesantías) and Fire insurance, which offer favorable terms and conditions for FNA members who are loan beneficiaries.

You may request a loan in UVR or PESOS.
