Aimed at legal entities or natural persons with a commercial establishment engaged in construction activity.
Prioritizes the construction of VIS and VIP housing nationwide.
Insurance policies (Builder's All Risk, Third-Party Liability and Ten-Year Decennial).
Financing in UVR and/or Colombian pesos according to current conditions.
Financing of up to 70% of the project.
Requires pre-sales of 70% of the project.
Repayment through direct principal payments, subrogations and pro rata payments.
Loan term of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to 6 additional months.
