Mi Casa Propia is an FNA program designed to help members access their own home through savings, Cesantías, and financing alternatives, with favorable conditions for home purchases.

Why enroll with the FNA?

No penalties for total or partial prepayment.

You can apply for a loan to:
- Purchase a new home.
- Purchase a used home.
- Purchase a home in projects supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, top-tier entities supervised by the Superintendencia de Economía Solidaria, and Cajas de Compensación Familiar that develop construction projects.
- Build a home on your own lot.
- Home Improvement Loan: you can apply for it for expansion, modification, structural reinforcement, remodeling, or repairs.

You may submit a joint application with another member; both must report income.

If you enter a higher amount in the Individual Loan or Housing Leasing offer, submit your request with a joint debtor, whether a member or not; each must report their income by attaching the required documents according to the selected product.

Access to Life, Unemployment (Cesantías-based loans), and fire insurance, which offer favorable terms and conditions for FNA members who are loan beneficiaries.
