Credit Information

Credit Description

Once you complete your Voluntary Savings and have 600 points, you can access our credit lines to purchase housing in Colombia. We finance up to 90% for new and used housing, up to 50% for home improvement, up to 50% for individual home construction, and refinance your mortgage portfolio.

Ten en cuenta:

  • Terms up to 30 years for UVR credits.
  • Terms up to 20 years for Peso credits.
  • We lend up to 800 SMMLV

Steps to follow through our service points

Verify that you are affiliated with the FNA through Voluntary Savings or Severance Pay.

Download the loan application form and review the list of documents you need depending on your job.

Send all documents in PDF format, each one marked and in separate files to the email address colombianosenelexterior@fna.gov.co, and afterwards one of our advisors will send you an email with the next steps.

Benefits

We lend for terms of 5 to 30 years for our UVR lines, and 5 to 20 years for our Peso lines.

All our procedures are virtual so you don't need a power of attorney for your credit approval.

You can make partial or total payments on your credit in advance without penalties.

Benefits for young people with FNA Generation.

You can make credit payments from abroad.

Credit application does not require apostille.

Access to housing subsidies.

Amounts

  • The approved credit amount is up to 800 SMMLV for all nationals who decide to apply with FNA.
  • The amount to be approved will be calculated based on the basic monthly salary and other permanent income admitted by the Entity, taking into account the applicant's payment capacity.
