In-person payment
The payment receipt is the only physical means to pay your FNA loan. This guarantees your security and confidence, as scanning the barcode ensures the payment goes directly to your loan, leaving no room for confusion.
- If you do not receive the payment receipt at your home, you can: update your information by calling 307 7070 in Bogotá, the national toll-free line 01 8000 52 7070, or by signing in to Fondo en Línea.
- Follow these steps at www.fna.gov.co to download and print your payment receipt: • Fondo en Línea → Personas → Sign in with your PIN and password. • Loan portfolio → Loan inquiry. • Select the loan → Payment receipt, download and print it.
- Remember that for the barcode to be legible, the physical receipt must be printed on a laser printer.
- Visit any of our Service Points so one of our advisors can print it for you.
Virtual payment
You can also make your payment electronically by going to www.fna.gov.co → Fondo en Línea → Online payments via PSE.
Remember that you can now authorize delivery of your payment receipt by email by following these steps:
- Go to www.fna.gov.co
- Select Fondo en Línea → Personas and sign in with your Cédula and password
- In Fondo en Línea → Personal Information → Update information
- Select the option authorizing the FNA to send the payment receipt by email.
- Confirm the email address and save.
