Concurrence of subsidies
It is an alternative that allows families purchasing a home to combine the subsidy from the Caja de Compensación with Mi Casa Ya.
You may obtain a down payment subsidy of up to:
50 SMMLV

From the combination of the Mi Casa Ya program and the Caja de Compensación.

What are the discount points on the interest rate and the validity period?
Interest rate discount points: (VIP properties) 5 points.
Interest rate discount points: (VIS properties) 4 points.
Or urban agglomerations with more than 1 million inhabitants.
The household must have a current, unapplied subsidy assigned by the CCF, in addition to meeting the program's requirements. The household reported by the CCF must be the same one that applies to Mi Casa Ya.

Steps
Go to your Caja de Compensación Familiar and process the subsidy.
The Caja de Compensación Familiar will request the activation of the concurrence of subsidies.
Upon receiving notification of the subsidy, go to the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro and request the Mi Casa Ya subsidy.
