Mi Casa Ya

In accordance with numerals 2 and 3 of Circular 0012 of December 16, 2024, issued by the Executive Directorate of the Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) of the Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, the following is reported:

• The possibility of submitting new applications to the Mi Casa Ya program has been suspended.
• For this reason, the platforms authorized by the Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio for the Mi Casa Ya program are disabled for both initial registration and the subsidy assignment process.
