Preferential Rate UVR + 4%

Designed to provide access to mortgage loans for Colombians whose monthly income is up to 2 SMMLV. It is worth noting that with this credit line the FNA finances Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS), which has a price cap of 135 SMMLV, equivalent to $192,172,500 COP for 2025.

At the UVR + 4% Rate, the lowest installments start at $470,000 COP per month (insurance not included).
