Homeownership without down payment and from your cell phone: FNA promotes its Digital Credit at CAMP 2026
Fondo Nacional del Ahorro presents at CAMP 2026 its Digital Credit, a tool that allows requesting housing from your cell phone and financing up to 100% in VIS and VIP, without down payment. The initiative strengthens the democratization of credit, accelerates approval times and expands opportunities for women and families throughout the country. With social rates and territorial focus, FNA consolidates its commitment to converting savings into a home.
Cartagena, Thursday, March 5, 2026. Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (FNA) participates on March 5 and 6 in the 16th Congress on Access to Financial Services and Means of Payment –CAMP 2026–, organized by Asobancaria, a key scenario to discuss the future of the financial system and digital transformation in Latin America.
The president of FNA, Laura Roa Zeidán, will intervene in the panel "Gender equity: inclusion despite structural barriers", where she will explain how housing financing with a social focus becomes an instrument of economic mobility, autonomy and closing of historical gaps in the country.
100% financing: a structural differential
Within the framework of the congress, FNA will highlight that it is the only entity in Colombia that finances up to 100% of the value of housing in the VIS and VIP segments, eliminating the requirement of a down payment, one of the main barriers to entry for thousands of households.
This line, backed by competitive rates and favorable conditions, is articulated with the National Government's housing access policy, oriented to guarantee real solutions for Colombian workers, especially in regions where the traditional financial system does not reach with the same depth.
Gender equity and financial access
In the panel on gender equity, the president of FNA will highlight the role of public entities in the construction of a more inclusive financial system, close to the social realities of the country.
"Financial inclusion must translate into real opportunities, especially for those who have faced structural barriers. From Fondo Nacional del Ahorro we work so that more women and Colombian families access homeownership through fair, accessible financial solutions with a social focus," stated Laura Roa Zeidán.
Digital Credit: innovation within reach of your cell phone
FNA will present its Digital Credit, which will allow managing the application from your cell phone, uploading documents online and advancing in the validation of the process without unnecessary trips. This tool optimizes times, simplifies requirements and expands the national coverage of the service.
With this innovation, FNA strengthens a modern public financial model, supported by technology to guarantee operational efficiency and greater territorial reach.
Juntos Program: well-being beyond credit
With the Juntos Program, FNA accompanies its members beyond the housing loan. Through discounts and special benefits with brands in the country, families can improve their homes and enjoy tools that strengthen their well-being and quality of life.
A modern and collaborative financial system
FNA's participation in CAMP 2026 reaffirms the commitment to the modernization of the financial sector and the construction of a more open, collaborative and equitable model, where technological innovation becomes a tool to generate opportunities and social well-being.
With its social financing model, which allows covering up to 100% of the value of housing, FNA consolidates itself as a key actor of financial inclusion in Colombia, turning the dream of homeownership into reality for thousands of families.
