The loan is granted through the assignment of the mortgage between the FNA and another financial institution. This process does not require signing a new deed, so no notarial or registration costs are incurred.

Amortization system in UVR with a term of 5 to 30 years, or in pesos with a term of 5 to 20 years.
Appraisal and title review covered by the FNA.

Option to convert from UVR to pesos.
