The Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. (National Savings Fund), a mixed-economy company of the national executive branch, organized as a joint-stock corporation of the anonymous type and structured as a credit institution, affiliated with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.
The personal data requested by the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. shall be used for the following purposes:

- Updating data provided by employees, suppliers, service providers, and natural and legal persons.
- Authorization for access to the services offered by the Company.
- To respond to requests from oversight bodies.
- Evaluation of timeliness and quality indicators for services.
- Evaluation of the quality of products, procedures, and services offered by the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A.
- To send information via email, text messages (SMS or MMS), or any other means of communication.
- Provision of information to the competent authorities when required.
- For any other purpose derived from the legal nature of the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A.
Likewise, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A. shall provide personal data to product and service suppliers, to companies within the same corporate group, and to third parties that provide services or with whom it has any type of relationship, whether for:

- Requesting, contracting, modifying, and cancelling services provided by the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro S.A., directly or through third parties.

- Using the various services on their corresponding websites, including downloading content and forms.

- Portfolio collection and pre-judicial and judicial administrative collections.
- Customer service channels.
- Authentication and validation of email addresses.
- Telemarketing.
- Mass marketing products.
- Electronic invoicing.
- Marketing of different types of products.
- Transferring or transmitting your data nationally and internationally for the processing of your personal data.
- Recording and storing geographic location for measurement and research purposes.
As the data subject, you have the right to access, update, and rectify your personal data and, where applicable, to request its deletion or revoke the authorization granted for its processing.
