You may submit a joint application with another affiliate, provided that both can demonstrate income.

If you require a higher amount under the Individual Loan or Leasing Habitacional offer, you may submit your application with a joint and several debtor, whether affiliated or not. Each party must demonstrate their income by attaching the required documents according to the selected product.

Access to Life, Unemployment (Cesantías-backed loans), and Fire Insurance policies, which offer favorable terms and conditions for FNA affiliates who are loan beneficiaries.

Mortgage loan stages and timeframes
Advisory - 1 hour
The client is provided with information regarding housing financing, and the corresponding documents are received.
Filing - 7 days
The accuracy of the form completion and the supporting documentation provided is verified.
Analysis - 6 days
A loan or leasing offer is made in accordance with the entity's policies and the financial consumer's ability to pay.
Legalization - 75 days
These timeframes include the periods involving third parties such as the affiliates (notaries and public instruments registry offices).
Disbursement - 3 days
The loan disbursement is carried out.

- Photocopy of identification document.
- Frech form.
- Housing financing application form fully completed, without erasures or strikethroughs.
- Income Tax Return or Income and Withholdings Certificate (CIR) for the most recent taxable year, as applicable.
- Employment certificate issued no more than 60 days prior. Within the last twelve (12) months, the applicant must demonstrate at least six (6) months of income for indefinite-term contracts or eight (8) months of income for contracts other than indefinite-term.
- Payroll/income/pension stubs for the last three (3) months.
- Certificate of the monthly salary for the substantive position, for affiliates currently serving in an interim capacity.
- FNA may request additional documentation (specific to the economic activity) that it deems necessary for the analysis of the loan application, in order to make sound decisions regarding credit risk mitigation.
